MG MGB Technical - carpet installation '67 MGB

I'm looking for guidance (published article?) on recarpeting a '67 MGB. I bought a Moss carpet kit but no instruction included.

Victoria British used to have a free booklet titled "How-to Install Your mgb roadster Interior" It was their booklet #MG.28
The booklet is shown here, you should be able to downlaod each photo.
