MG MGB Technical - help with cat & exhaust install 80 mgb?

must have been installed while engine not mounted in the beginning. no room to tighten bolts.

Which bolts? Cat to manifold? Snap-On half moom wrenchs or Detroit Diesel fuel pump wrench.
