MG MGB Technical - Lower Air Duct Panel

Does anyone know where I can find a lower air duct panel for my 74 1/2 mgb roadster (RB). It fits under the front clip/radiator. Moss shows it in their catalo(PN 475-245), but it's listed as not available. Would appreciate any info.
