MG MGB Technical - Master Brake cyl commonality?

Do any other vehicles use the same brake tandem master cylinder as on the 69MGB? (lockeed 3/4)

the range rover one does look very similar?!

I have damaged the internal piston on mine during removal and dont want to have to build one!
