Just buy new. They are, to quote a certain orange gentleman, "Cheap as chips".

Les, rebuilds aren't usually very good anyway. You can get them at Autozone and Advance Auto Parts, and some have had very good service from them, but for a few hundred dollars you can buy both new. Don't order directly from Moss - find a Moss dealer - and you'll save about 20% off catalog price, and you probably won't ever have to fool with either master cylinder again.
