MG MGB Technical - master cyl. rebuild_no brake pressure

I have just rebuilt the master cylinder on my 1978 MGB with new rubbers and get brake pressure with the engine off, however once the engine is started I have no brake pedal pressure what so ever. Is this servo related? On dismantelling the master cylinder the servo went untouched apart from detaching the master cylinder. Any ideas?

I don't have power brakes on my car, but it seems to almost have to be servo related. Sounds like you have a massive vacuum leak in the system. I also know there is a one way valve somewhere in the vacuum line for the servo that needs to be in the right orientation.
