MG MGB Technical - Replacing Steering Wheel

My 78B has the stock steering, which is not nearly as nice as the wooden wheels and other aftermarket wheels available. Is it difficult to replace this factory issue steering wheel with something more attractive?

Ted, For the 70 most parts vendors carry wheels that bolt to your existing hub. They are not difficult to replace. Gordon Strickland at The B Hive stocks steering wheels for your car.
