MG MGB Technical - Source for OE-type illuminated toggle switches?

I am modifying the dash layout in my '69B Roadster to include three additional 52mm auxilliary gauges, and I need self-illuminated toggle switches to actually make it a practical modification.

The North American model Abingdon dash makes such modifications difficult! But I've determined I can use the radio console for the '72+ model year as it has a bit more real estate than does the correct '68-'71 radio console. Of course, use of the later radio console mandates using the matching tunnel console as well.

If I can obtain OE-type toggle hazard light and fog light switches for those functions that are self-illuminated when switched on, I can eliminate the hazard light and fog light bulb fixtures.

Does anyone know where to obtain them, or if they even exist?

So, the plan is:

1) relocate the relatively smaller dash-mounted heater and air-control assemblies and knobs onto the radio console lowere portion left and right corners, and in their places cut out slightly larger holes and mount a voltmeter and oil temperature gauge.

2) mount a "magnolia" Smiths OE analogue clock in the radio console lower center.

3) mount (self-illuminated)hazard and foglight toggle swithces on either side of the radio blank.

4) in the remaining space on the radio console or the front end of the tunnel console, mount a separate "RED" starter button and a battery cutoff switch that employs the large red plastic key.

It would be nice if the exterior light toggle switch on the left side of the dash were also illuminated when on. I always forget to turn it off.

And BTW, does that brake test switch actually serve any practical useful function??

BTW, I realize the difference in appearance between the newly added and the older gauges will be readily apparent, so if I can make this plan work, I will send the older gauges (all of them) to APT Instruments
http://www.gaugeguys.com/restopix.htm
for refurbishment. APT also happens to be the vendor I'm using to purchase the new gauges.

You might try Holden Vintage and Classic at
< www.holden.co.uk > . They still sell LUCAS toggle switches and etc.

Dave, I do believe you nailed it! They have everything I need. Thx!

BTW, I meant to say "rocker", not "toggle" switches.
