MG MGB Technical - steering wheel bushing

my steering wheel on my 73B has developed a bit of a vertical 'wobble' due to what appears to be a worn bushing. I'd like to fix it but none of the suppliers (Moss et al) seem to stock these parts according to their catalogs. Does anybody have any alternatives?
