MG MGB Technical - washer bottle?

hello again folks,
hope your not sick of my requests!
i dont appear to have a water washer bottle (for w/screen) in my car! i can see the tube/ pipe with filter on bottom just loose in eng.bay
i also found in boot a strange hot water type of bag,tell me this isnt it! where would bottle/bag? be mounted originally?

Yes, it's the soft bag! It hangs from two metal hooks on the wing, just in front of the air filters.
