MG MGB Technical - Wiring up my spotlights

Hi folks, hope you can help, I think I asked this question before, but can't find my results, so here goes again, can someone tell me in simple laymans terms how to wire up my spot lights, I'm not great with electrics so keep it simple, I have bought two relays for the job, the lamps are in place, with two wires coming from each lamp, what next? I would like to have the lamps on separate switch.
My car is fitted with a 12 volt battery positive earth.

Wiring diagram is good. Take the brown wire, via an in-line fuse, either from the back of the alternator or from the battery/starter connection. While you are "at it" do the same for the main beam, you will be amazed at how much taking the current load off the lighting switch improves output. Also adds life to the lighting switch!!

That diagram is titled 'driving lamps' and are optionally available with the ignition. Fog/spot lights are usually only made available when the main lighting switch is on, so the feed to operate the relay, via the fog light switch would come off the main lighting switch, either the red/green to be available with side lights (my preference) or the blue to be available with headlights.
