MG MGF Technical - drive shaft

hi,
has any one ever fitted new wire wheel hubs on a banjo
drive shaft, is it hard to get them off and on,

Not on an MGF but have on a midget and MGB. They are very difficult to fit on and off but can be done with a FBH. Although a press is far better and less damaging.
