MG MGF Technical - Improving Exhaust

Hi,

I´m thinking increase the power of my F changing exhaust system with SUPER SPORTS EXHAUST B&G. If I do that, it´s necessary to change manifold and downpipe too?? Are all these 3" pipe and Stainless Steel or not?

I´ve K&N57i, TTB, Catpipe and PBV.
