MG MGF Technical - Its cold and damp, but the VVC is spunky as ever...
Just confirming what others have mentioned about the need to feed cold (damp) air into the F. Temperature around Tokyo has dropped from a balmy 29 to 18-19 (celsius) over the past two days and it is really amazing how much of a difference it makes on the performance of the VVC engine (w/ cold induction tubes/ K&N cone filter). Throttle's more responsive, a lot more guts at low revs. Makes me consider packing up and moving it over to the UK for the weather... (NOT)

I can confirm that on nice sunny saturday the car did feel a little sluggish to how it has been.

You could always put a water vapouriser in the induction system... (joke! ;o) Rob (and yes, I do know some sriously modified Scoobies have this kind of kit fitted!)
