MG MGF Technical - steering wheel

Hi all,
I saw on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=40199&item=7966358197&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW)
a steering wheel but i don't see the horn buttons on it, is it easy to put back my own horn buttons, or do i need to order some new ones to Rover.
Is it a good deal too?
