MG MGF Technical - Wind-Jammer !
Found this device during my travels on the Internet Highway. http://www.wind-jammer.co.uk/ Looks like a new product. I wonder if it does the job? Cheers, Branko. |

Looks like a sheet of PC with two holes in it. PC is very flexiable, this looks 1mm to 1.5mm thick and as such will flex very readily, peraps making booming noises, or "awag arwag, - tie me kangroo down sport" noises. I would choose thicker PC if I were making one myself. |

Will, you're a crackup!!! LOL How is Rolf doing these days? I actuaaly like this idea and yes with a thicker piece it may be OK. Time for me to start strounging around for some PC offcuts. Maybe Perspex will also do the trick.? Cheers, Branko. |

>Maybe Perspex will also do the trick Perspex is brittle, so if a stone gets thrown up (or worse !!) then the perspex will shatter and end up in very nasty shards. PC is used in riot sheilds, it is scratch resistant and flexiable. |

Will, I not sure that the Perspex shatters as such. headlight protectors are made from it and they just get chips in it. I would think there are lots of "perspex" products as this is a generic term. (Please correct me if I'm talking cr*p.) I do like your point though, about the PC, "scratch resistant and flexiable". Cheers, Branko. |
