MG MGF Technical - Wobbly headlight.

I have just changed a sidelight bulb and found the headlight inner units(not the main glass)wobble. The other side is the same. I have only had the car about 3 weeks and love it but am curious about my lights. They don't move much when driving with lights on but I've not experienced this with previous cars. Any ideas guys? The car is a 96 1.8!
