MG TD TF 1500 - Adding additional fuses.
I recently finished painting my 10 year TF project and am waiting for it to really harden before cut polishing. So! Pulled out my wiring harnesses and as recommended by a friend, I checked continuity of every wire, taped each end, marked wire colour and “tinned” any end that didn’t already have a connector on it.
Some of you have then go on to do a magnificent job of adding extra fuse panels to further protect circuits that weren’t fused. I want to go the route of “in line” fuses and would like to ask any of you that have done this, “what circuits would benefit from the addition of an in line fuse and what would the recommended fuse value be”? Many thanks for your help! Best regards Rod Murray 54 TF #3006 |

If you are fusing the headlamps do each one separately. If both are on the same fuse and it blows you will suddenly be driving in the dark. Jan T |
