MG TD TF 1500 - Broken gearbox mount
Hi! I dismantled the gearbox mount today on my 1952 MG TD. I found the mount for the rear fork broken. I have the pieces on hand, but not sure how to proceed. Changing out the case (assuming I could find a case) seems drastic. I'm in need of some guidance here. |

A thread like this kind of reminds me that this would be the very thing MG would do for a field repair too. I remember talking to Henry Stone back in 1980 and he stated the factory race team would always do stuff like this. |
