MG TD TF 1500 - Christmas/New Years
Took the TD the other night to our Club's Christmas Party... 20 or so degrees F.... On the way home I was able to catch a shot for our Club's Card... |

Oustanding shot and doubly oustanding achievment, Gordon! I do not miss my winter days in the northeast. I salute your determination. Happy holidays, Tom |

Gordon. It is a fantastic photo. I love it. A bit of news from Florida. I had to use a window scraper the other morning. It was the first time I have used one since leaving Centralia in 1967. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL SANDY SANDERS HUDSON FLORIDA |

Hey Gordon. Got to admire your spirit. Any icycles on the eyebrows? |

That is a very nice photo Gordon. I am amazed that you weren't shivering too much to take it without having a blur! Nice card, Jeff |

When I turned on my heater, i couldn't 'hear' the fan...stuck my hand around behind it and stuck in my finger... the fan sort of just 'bumped' it.... think it was turning about 3 revolutions. Bit cold for the bearings? Wasn't really a bad night and I had a very 'short' drive (few blocks). New Years I will take it out for midnight again this year ... maybe will post a video? (supposed to be about 50 F here tomorrow) |

Gord, Here is a shot I took for our MG Christmas Card this year. It was the TD's turn. Been doing this since 73. Im starting to run out of ideas. |
George R Herschell |
George - - Loved your card. If any other TDers, like me, have the Lucas style driving/fog lights, I'm sure they would be curious to know if the mesh grill over these (expensive) lamps are available anywhere, or did you fabricate them yourself? Merry Christmas regardless - - Lou VanK. |
Lou Van Koningsveld |
Don't know if these are the ones George has or not, but they are available here for fog lamps. Item 707 at the bottom of the page for SFT 576 type lamps (5 3/4"). http://www.vintagemotorspares.com/phdi/p1.nsf/supppages/hodge?opendocument&part=9 Cheers Larry |

Ohhhh... I love that site.... |

Gordon, Please add my congratulations to the chorus. Beautiful picture! And I love that Tim Hodgekiss site also. I've been looking for a swiveling roof-mount radio antena for my ZB Magnette for years. They have it! Cheers, Allen |
