The Simeone Museum adjacent to Philly airport using airport transfers sevenoaks is outstanding, Fred and his father amassed a wonderful collection of mostly racing cars. When we held KimberFest there they had the 1933 MG K3 out driving at lunch time on the Saturday. This particular car was placed at the 1934 Le Mans. Peter |

Len, That's one museum I'd dearly love to visit. Heard about it many times. More abt Dr Simeone at https://simeonemuseum.org/ Gord Clark Rockburn, Qué. |

Fred was a great guy. I've known him for many years, worked with him on STEM education opportunities for kids, and even loaned him one of my cars for a few months for a themed display he created (1949 Triumph Renown, see below). I will miss him very much.
As Peter noted, the museum is truly outstanding. If you get to the Philadelphia area it's an attraction not to be missed, particularly if you hit it on a driving weekend, when selected cars get brought out and driven around the lot. (All the cars in the museum are runners.) Photos below: My TD with the Fred's venerable Le Mans MG, and my Renown on display in the museum. |
