MG TD TF 1500 - Firewall Colour

I think I have made a mistake painting the firewall the same colour as the body. See eBay item 221721827392 for the way the engine bay should be detailed.

Jan Could you include the link. This brings me to an interesting black TF without bumpers but only one pic of the exterior. Or am I missing something.

Copy the listing number, past it in the space on the ebay site. When you go to the TF, go to the "show more" part of the listing. The firewall is a hideous bright yellow color.

Jan, don't understand why you would use anything on ebay as authoritative. Al kinds of stuff go there, from the nearly immpeccable to the garrish.

Jan. You are pulling our leg correct? See the other listing (Ebay Car) on this TD. Car salesman is acting in typical fashion and misrepresenting this car as original.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for the response. I certainly was joking! The car in question has the most dreadful fire wall imaginable - bright yellow and a black body !!! I like to see amusing postings and regret we don't see as much banter between us Brits and the rest of you in the colonies as we used to.
