I should mention that the color is MG red. It's PPG and recommended in Horst Schach's "Restoration Manual" List of items later. |

Daniel, Where are you in CT? I'm in Portland and could always use some engine-red. Have just started restoration on my B-GT |

Dave Werblow. ok the maroon engine paint is yours, want to see applied to my TD, come on over. DID I MENTION THESE CANS ARE UNUSED...NEVER OPENED, NEVER SAW THE BRIGHT OF DAY! SHAKE THE CANS FEEL THE PAINT SLUSH AROUND THE CAN,HAVE ALL THE THINNERS AND CATALIST FOR THE EPOXYS. NO FRIENDS, CLUB MEMBERS OR RELATIVES HAVE A RESTORATION IN THE WORKS?? |

Dang, wish I lived nearer. That stuff is liquid gold. I got a quote recently for some PPG Guard's Red paint (need it for fixing the midget racer) at $150 a pint and $500 a gallon!! The epoxy primer is about $50 a gallon, I think. I could use the rest of the stuff, but not the MG Red. I'm going to use PPG for the TD, but I'm going with OEW. Let me know if you get to a point that you are willing to ship it... Oh, got the Speed Bleeders in the mail yesterday, thanks! I'm going to analyze them a bit this weekend and see if I can figure out why they didn't work for you (and if I can make them work for me, heh, heh). |

OK, Dave, lemme know on the SB. To all; I withdraw my offer. Best regards, Daniel |
