MG TD TF 1500 - Gordon Lawson
Gordon's brother Lawrie posted this on the other main MG site
9 I think he got the sites mixed up) and I was hoping he would do so here, but since he hasn't I will. This was January 10th. I'm hoping he will join us here. Today is the birthday of my wonderful brother and a steady member of this forum until his death in May of 2014. I decided to be a steady forum user to celebrate. His 1953 TD has been used steadily and I have restored the interior. Also fixed the rust spots on the drivers side and the wavy panel in front of the driver door. I have all the panels for the interior and will install when I fix the rust on the other side. Really not much considering its age and how much he drove it. I installed a spin on adapter to make oil changes easier and a new rear bumper. |

Thanks LaVerne. I met Gordon once, but always enjoyed his posts. Nice to think about him again. Great to hear his brother kept the TD. |

He was a staple of this board. It isn't the same without him! |
