MG TD TF 1500 - Headlamp Bolt Color

What is the proper finish for the headlamp bolts. The Original MG TD page lists them as chrome. Is this also true for painted later TD lamps (appears so from the info), or are they body color? Thanks

As far as I know during the past thirty years of working with MG's I have only seen 1 or 2 cars that had been chromed. All the rest were painted. I think you have looked in Moss catalogue and it lists them under chrome but they are never chrome when you buy them,
