MG TD TF 1500 - Headlamp bowls

Hi

My 1950 TD has painted headlamps and I would prefer them chromed. I have not got a quote for chroming yet but I know that it can work out expensive. As an alternative I am considering polished stainless steel these

they are £165 a pair which I would think is about the same price if not cheaper than re-chroming. Has anyone used these?

No, but SVC are usually reasonable quality. Cost wise I doubt there would be much in it as you say.
