MG TD TF 1500 - Horn/ dip switch ground
Is there a separate ground for the dip/ horn switch for the horn? I have the headlight wires for high and low, a feed from the ignition switch to the headlights, and a single wire for the horn from the back of the switch. The wiring diagram shows a ground from the switch to the regulator earth from the switch....I don't have that. Thanks, Brian W. |

there is a ground wire in the harness. I affixed that to one of the screws that holds the instrument panel to the dash. I ran another wire from the horn switch to that screw, using it as a common ground point. Jim B. |
