M, I'm fascinated with your badge bar. As you can see from the attached photo of my grill, I do not have a badge bar but I'm thinking of getting or making one. My car has some holes beside the grill and in the splash pan that suggest that it may have once had a badge bar similar to yours. Where did yours come from? Do you know if your type is still available from anywhere? Thanks. Jud

ps: I'm in northern Greenville County, SC. What part of NC are you in?

The badge bar on the TD is just a piece of steel pipe, with each end flattened in a vise and held by an apron screw on each side. Frank Churchill made it and installed it in 1955.
When I restored the car, I spent a great deal of time restoring this badge bar. The bottom of it still has the marks from the jaws of the vise.

Ok, one more. Here is TC10018, believed to be the last TC sold new. The car was a birthday gift for the woman in the picture.

JK, here's a few pics. It came on the car, no idea... but it's mounted back far enough so I can add another at the bumper mounts and add 2 smaller fogs and more badges, of course.

Only one badge; the Norwegian motor sports club, Oslo branch. Only this one badge as it is super rare and deserves to stand alone. But it won't win this Fridays contest!

I have one badge (MGRA) & a badge bar, yet to be fitted. However I'm really impressed with the number of owners who have taken the time to straighten the radiator slats! I spent countless hours with a hammer & dolly & a home made plywood tool bending & aligning the slats, eliminating birds strikes & minor dings, so I know the amount of effort involved. Cheers
