MG TD TF 1500 - Lost TD in Australia

A chap in the UK in his late 70's would like to know if his MG TD is still surviving in Australia.

It moved from the UK in 1978 to Australia, with UK registration OAE583. It was red and was fitted with twin fuel pumps (maybe a TD/C ?).

No other information at this time, just a hazy photo to come later.
