This is a great CD that contains the following: 1. MG TC Illustrated list - Service Parts Manual with pictures and parts numbers of all parts for the TC - 127 pages. 2. The very rare and hard to find TD/TF "midget" Workshop Manual. 244 pages of information on engine, gearbox, axels, frontend, electrical Sections A thru S. 3. MG TD Illustrated list - Service Parts Manual with pictures and parts numbers of all parts for the TD. 4. The MG "Service Tool Catalogue" This 200 page catalog(ue) contains pictures, and descriptions of all the tools needed to work on an MG of the 50's. Published in 1956. Great opportunity to own all these great reference books on 1 cd. They are high quality Adobe PDF files. A copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 is included. You can print the sections as needed or print your own books. If you have these books already, what better way to back them up. Add $3 for Shipping anywhere in the world. There are no copyright issues on any of these manuals as they were not copyrighted when published, had they been, since copyright was 28 years in the 1950's, it would have already expired long ago. Actually don't bet on the fact that the copyright has expired. I would also not believe that you have a free copyright because you did not see one on the original work.

The copyright of a written item such as a magazine article or manual can be transfered over and over again and can basically go on forever. This was all changed in 1975 and gave new life to anything that was done 1950 and later.

Not trying to pick on you but you could be heading for a bruisng. If I were you I would check with Moss Motors who may have bought the rights to the manuals etc. I know that they resell these and they may be able to shed some light on it.

Ethics??? what about that one! A blank CD is what $.50?
$32.00 is a little steep of a price to charge don't you think? Then to advertize it on a BB post where we all exchange our ideas and help for the love of these lil' cars! Shame on you. There are a lot of us here that help one another just for the love of the car...we exchange parts sometimes at no charge.
You should not be permitted to do this on here!
