MG TD TF 1500 - MG TF Kit Car

Hi Folks,

My wife and I have just purchased a midget (circa 1970) and our old replica mgtf has to go.

Any thoughts on where to advertise this and what sort of price I should expect? I purchased it some 4years ago for about £2500.

Yes it needs a respray, some interior trimming and an engine steam (or strip down) but it starts first time. It has a 2Lt Vitesse engine, worn bearings on the gearbox and the prop shaft needs balancing but i've lived with these 'quirks' since we bought it.

It's currently being MOT'd through failure to wiper blades, rear stabaliser bar and weak?
handbrake.

Any thoughts

Try ebay, put your minimum bid at what you paid, if you like. As many pics as you can fit, and a good honest description will give it a good chance. I'm constantly surpised at the prices on the auction, both above and below what I think things are worth. It's a pretty nice looking car.
