MG TD TF 1500 - MGTD original Lucas 462 Foglight

Hi All,

The original foglight for an MGTD was a Lucas 462
Foglamp. A few months ago I perused the bbs td tf
Archives and did find a good comment in a Thread which mentioned a TD Factory brochure regarding the
Lucas 462 Foglamp. The info came from a 1953 publication.

I have again tried to find the Thread in the Archives
but have failed to do so!

Does anyone have a reference to the 1953 publication?

A little more info on SFT 462 fog lamps:

Lucas SFT 462 not listed in the 1954 Lucas Spare Parts list. Nor in the Lucas Equipment for 1948-1962 Cars

It is listed for TDs on Page A100 in the Lucas Equipment and Spare Parts Master Catelogue (400e)

On page P.2 in the 1953 Parts Manual under Badge Bar and Fog Light Mounting, it says.

"Fog Lamp complete with Stem Junction Box (SFT462)"
