MG TD TF 1500 - Michigan GOF

For all of you regulars on the site, Jan and I will be going to the Michigan GOF this month, our second GOF appearance in 10 years.
Hope to finally meet some of you, other than over the internet.
Look for a Autumn Red TF with much patina. Hopefully there will be another original/unrestord T car, Dave Miller's TD. Maybe they will put us in a class of our own. None of that shiney stuff for us.

Diane and I'll be there in my 'beautifully restored (snort)' daily driver TD Tommy, Ivory over Green. We will be arriving by way of Oshkosh... as I am kind of obligated to make a visit there.

With two third place finishes in a row at the GOF Central, and 15K miles on the restoration, I'm really not expecting to impact our class any longer. But I'll still wash him before the show just to show him the respect he deserves. Last year after the GOF in Ohio, we took him all the way around the Great Lakes, from Niagara Falls NY to Thunder Bay Ontario. Great fun, and we did it solo.

Anyone who wants pictures of how I 'thought' he should go together can just go to my website http://www.dbraun99.com. There are some there, along with the current mgb restoration ;)

Wife and I will be taking the badger ferry across the lake on the 27th. Hate to miss Oshkosh, but geting to old to do it all.
