Good pump for a TD but not a TF. Dave H |

Also the correct pump for a Morris Minor. Regards Declan |

Some general info on SU pumps:
http://sucarb.co.uk/technical-electrical-fuel-pumps Continue reading and clicking next to get a good description particularly in relation to mounting place in vehicle, i.e. in engine compartment and sucking fuel from the tank Vs located near the rear axle and pushing the fuel to the front of the car. Output pressure is 1.5psi Vs the 2-3.8PSI of the HP version. When I installed a backup pump I got one that produced a maximum of 4psi for a rear mounted application. Peter |

It is a 53 TD. Duh..... You are all mind readers of course :-) What I am looking for is information on the original fuel pump model as supplied with the car, not the current day replacement. Thanks |

I think it is the same, all references at home so I can't check at the moment. From the Frame Up lists same on the ID tag for original pumps. George |

A 53 TD would use an AUA25 or AUA66. |
