MG TD TF 1500 - Rear leaf spring seat pads for TD?
Good morning all A couple of weeks ago there was some discussion on a someone selling a improved version of leaf spring pads. I saved the company name to a safe place on my computer and now can't find it. Anyone remember the thread or the company name? I think they were off an MGA? Thanks John |

I offer polyurethane pads FWIW...I sure they match the quality of the UK items at a profound less expense to shipping. Email if interested. |

Thanks Chris, that is the one! Now to locate the safe place on my computer, it is like the safe place I put parts that I don't want to lose. So safe I can't find them the next day when I need them. RAK do you have a web site? thanks John |

When I refurbished the rear springs on my 52 TD a few years ago I wound up making my own pads out of nylon impregnated with molybdenum disulphide. I bought it from MSC very reasonably. If you are fortunate to have access to a metal cutting lathe it doesn't take very long to make a set. I have been very pleased with them as they are self lubricating and show no sign of wear. Drive safely, George |
