MG TD TF 1500 - recommendation needed - were to by rubber parts

Dear all,
I have seen a lot of discussion in this Forum on rubber part quality the last time.
Now I would like to ask were can I buy good quality rubber parts for the rear suspension. Supplier in Europe are prefert. I will replace all the bushes and all the pads between spring leaves.
Should I use standard bushes or Polyurethan? I understand the Poly bushes are much better than the standard rubber parts, therefore I will go the Poly way.
Thank you

I have learned from experience that as long as you are investing your labor to replace it is best to use the poly material. It has been proven that it lasts much longer than the rubber material and this is the best investment for yourself or in the event you sell the car to the new owner. However, you may get dinged if competing the car as they are not original parts.

Guenter, I just ordered this kit from Polybush

http://www.polybush.co.uk/shop/view/284_mgtf_TD__YB/227_Kit_65_-_MG_MGTF_TD__YB_(MGTF_TD__YB)

Should last as long as I own Little-T and was highly recommended a while back.

I don't think there are any "Good" rubber parts available,, They will all deteriorate with use,,and some have even deteriorated just sitting there !!! I think Rich has the way to go!!

I agree. I got my rubber bushes from Moss less than a year ago and they're already showing signs of deterioration and the car hasn't been on the road yet.

In my humble opinion, the best are Superflex out of England. Much more in cost, but these are lathed bushings, not pressed or molded. They come with stainless steel inserts. They also provide a small pack of lubricant for each set.

I could not believe how well they fit. No fighting/pressing or any real hard work to fit them.

I went through a set of v8 bushings in my MGB in just under 5 years. Did a lot o looking and think these are the best.
