MG TD TF 1500 - Selling TF parts on ebay

How do you put TF parts on eBay in such a way that they don't get lost in the masses of modern TF bits and pieces? I recently advertised original C/L/A/P knobs for a 50s TF and put them under " MG Y / TF" and only had one view!

eBay has a feature to describe exactly what year and model the part is for. Its a bit cumbersome to use though.

I would also suggest using MG TD, MG TF, MGTD and mgtf even when a part is not for the TD as it will help keep it away from the new MGTF a bit.

List them in the category "vintage car and truck parts". When you search for TF in that category there only seems to be the original TF parts.

Hi Mike,

I have a 1954 TF and normally am a buyer of parts rather tan a seller. My "S" knob was missing and I could only buy a full set so I thought I would place the spares I had on eBay incase someone was missing one of the others. I'm looking for a 1 1/2" intake manifold for my TD. A MK II or TF I don't know If there is a difference? I'm setting up my fuel delivery system as a MK II
