MG TD TF 1500 - Steering Wheel Center Piece?

Anyone recognize this. It was in the center of my steering wheel when I got the car. It's in very bad shape and probably not worth keeping, but I'm curious of what is off of. Any clues? PJ

I agree, it is most probably from an MGA.

MGA and can be repaired....

Thanks guys. Gordon, it's broken around the edges with large pieces missing. If the plastic was ok I could see a repair, but I think this one is history. The arrows indicate where the piece is broken. PJ
