MG TD TF 1500 - suspension upgrades, modifications
Just about into this idea of reality, after going to GOF73.I was suprised to win the hill climb! Now this was a bad thing! As i'm thinking of doing some suspension work.Priorities?? What priorities! The MG cames before the house! Don't get nervous, just bolt on stuff. Already have a 5/8 sway bar.Thinking about, a larger front sway bar, lowering the suspension, a panhard bar, MGB front springs, & or MGB 480# front springs, rear sway bar, a spare set of wheels & race car tires, etc. Any ideas? Speaking of wheels, are there any other wheels w/ the same bolt pattern? Keeping the rubber side down & the shiny side up! Len |

Len: When I want chicken I get chicken. When I want steak, I get steak. No amount of steak sauce will make my chicken taste like steak. Enjoy the chicken for what it is and if you want steak, get a steak, (or visa versa for the real die hard T guys). Paul |

There are no modern wheels with the TD's PCD, but you can put wider rims on your center sections, which allows you to run tires without tubes. |

Len, I have the MGB front shocks & MGA rear shocks with the 480# springs & 5/8 sway bar on my TD, the car is very tight! It is almost to hard on bumpy roads! Corners very nice with minimal lean and holds true. Brown & Gammons supplies the shocks & fitting kit. |
