MG TD TF 1500 - TD and The Monarchy

I'm certain its the same car once in a Havana museum. The attached picture was taken about 1998 by a guy in Montreal who has been providing parts to the owner for years for the restoration.

But surely the car in the video that HRH drove is a radically different car from the one above? I think it unlikely one was made into the other.

As far as I know Tom, they're one and the same car, only 20 years apart. The museum pic was from 1998 before the present owner took it over and restored it. How many black TDs in Cuba?

Cuba is full of Quebecers. There's a guy in Montreal who has been taking parts to him for years, and I only heard about it from the supplier of parts, a local Moss dealer.

... but I can always be wrong.
