Has anyone had any experience with Tf front fenders from Moss Motors or Abingdon Spares? fit - quality etc |

Steve - I think Terry Looft here in the states may still have a set. I think they are new but can't remember if they are steel or might be fibreglass. mick |

Just out of curiousity, wondering how much it costs to ship a pair of fenders from US to Oz. Am trying to price up getting a new pair vs paying a panelbeater to undent my existing metal. |

Will - Unless your are trashed, repair and save them. New stuff is junk here in the states. There are some really good folks in the UK making sheet metal, I would start there not here. tfp |

Will, I really cant help.Lawrie from British Sports Car Centre put me onto a guy in Australia bringing back a container with other stuff.I contacted him in Sydney and he agreed to a nominal $ amount to put in container. Steve |

Thanks for the replies guys. Steve:- sounds like Lady Luck is really smiling on ya matey! As for the metal on my car, they're in reasonably good nick. But along the years have noticed that one wing's tip is about 1" lower than the other, and the other's headlight bowl is quite a bit closer to the radiator. Car supposedly never been off the road due to accident and all panels supposedly original. "Character" huh? :-) |
