MG TD TF 1500 - TF glove box liner
I have finished lining the lower portion of the glove box with Rexane but need to confirm that the upper portion comprised of fiber board is also covered and not painted. Can anybody verify how it was addressed originally? Bob |

Bob, they are covered in the same material as the steel bottom but covered separately, before they are assembled with small bifurcated rivets to the covered steel bottoms. In your case TF Tan. |

Thanks for all the photos and I can see that keeping the material attached over time could prove to be a problem. Planned obsolescence. Seems it would have been smarter to flock the fiber board as with the TD.Oh well what we do for authenticity. Bob |
