MG TD TF 1500 - TF Gloveboxes
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I haven't got the TF in front of me. Do I need to remove the whole dash board to remove the lower and upper glovebox pieces? Thanks Jon |

The glove boxes are held onto the back of the dash by four small nuts. Its a lot easier to remove the dash than try to undo the nuts with it in place. |

Thanks for that. Are the nuts just on the sides or are there any at the top (which is pretty inaccesible)? Thanks Jon |

Jon -- The following link should be of help : http://mgtf54.blogspot.com/2012/02/glove-compartments-dash-wiring-fuel.html It is of the gloves boxes for my TF, removed from the dash, as I refurbished them. John |

Thanks John for the very helpful link! Jon |

there's a pair mounting nuts on each side of the glove box, none on top. The glove boxes and dash can be installed as a unit and the instrument panel can be added without removing the dash. |
