MG TD TF 1500 - TF Vokes Air Filters

Just purchased a 54 TF 1500 in great shape but not driven for the past 14 years. In the process of getting it back on the road. The original Vokes air filters are intact, but one is missing the perforated metal mesh screen. I found some scrap perforated metal that matches pretty close, but I would need to make over 100 to justify the cost. Anyone out there have one to sell?? Thanks!

In an earlier life spent in the world of electro-optics we had many occasions to use perforated metal screens as neutral filters. I'd suggest googling 'perforated metal' and see if that particular format might be available. Just a suggestion - Bud

If you go to Amazon.com and search for perforated sheet metal they have it in various sizes, I have not checked the size of the perforations.
