MG TD TF 1500 - Totally LED TF dashboard

I installed led bulbs in my map reading lamps yesterday. My TF is now fully LED-ized in the dashboard region. The map reading lamps are now bright enough to be used for - map reading.

The tiny bright dot where the steering shaft meets the dashboard is an LED voltmeter, with voltage variable colour and automatic dimming when ambient light is low. It works!

Someone else on this BBS brought my attention to the Sparkbright company and their voltage monitors. A really elegant solution, especially when an alternator is delivering the smoke :-)

Just google SPARKBRIGHT ECLIPSE and you will find it. I believe I paid 15 GBP for the device.
