MG TD TF 1500 - unknown semi-sealer head lamp

My son has found an original NOS 7" headlamp that he is thinking about buying. It is marked 'left hand drive' and the only part # is M5, nothing more. The glass is fluted but has a 'target' in the center not the 'horseshoe'. Has anyone ever seen this lamp before or familiar with it? Is it possible this is actually from a 1949 TC EXU or maybe from a 'home market' car. The bulb says Made in England 12V50/40??, no mfg name can be found. Maybe this really wasn't meant for a TC or TD at all but another marque instead. Thanks for your time. FOG

Hi David. Yep, did that before I sent the note. It is like the 800x604 EBAY CO UK but has additional rings in the center. Also, the lens is a complete ass'y including the reflector. I'm not sure how that lens could be re-fitted as an ass'y but I know I don't have the skill to do it. Thanks FOG
