Doug is fantastic to deal with. Parts are perfect, with very fast and meticulous rebuilding services (TC steering box). Always available for accurate advice, ie how do you tell which way around a TC axle fits, etc. George |

I agree George. This is one supplier for whom 'near enough is NOT good enough'! He only stocks parts that fit & are fit for purpose, clearly ensuring his service & stock are first rate. Always my 1st choice for TD parts. I just wish that was true of every supplier. If Doug can do it then why not everyone else? Cheers Peter TD 5801 |

Doug is a man of his word. I had him over see the rebuilding on my TD engine. Replaced parts that needed it and upgraded a few that were a solid fit. When I got it back and installed it. Did the first run up and all was well. But I guess I had some old gas in the bottom of my tank. I drained it but never "emptied " it. I ran it the next day and had a problem. Stuck valve. Called Doug for some help and he showed up at my door the next morning. We found the stuck valve and pulled the head. Doug took and re-worked the head and had his shop bring it back out and installed it a few days later, after I had the tank dipped and cleaned.. Another run up and it is running best it ever has. Been running great all this time. AND I might add..... not a drop of oil or coolant anywhere ! From The Frame UP, is the MG's best friend. thank You |
