MG TD TF 1500 - WWW MG enthusiasts cap

Hi Guys,

I am looking into the re-manufacture of the WWW MG Enthusiasts baseball cap with Mike the webmaster. The original caps were superb- dark (BRG?) green with the web logos as seen at the top of the bulletin board embroidered upon them.

Cost would be an estimated 17.50-20.00 GBP including delivery.

I have some pix of the original caps to host (thanks Ted)- and will post the URL shortly.

I am trying guage the level of interest for them- could you let me know if you think you'd like one?

Cheers

Rob

Rob,
I would be interested in one of these....if your making a list sign me up!
Given any thought to ebay?......In as much as somebody has been selling the $13.00 SU Carb tool
kit for as high as $123.00 ...don't think you would have a problem selling these at your fair price!
Cheers from this side of the pond!

Jeff Payne

Had an e-mail from Mike, the caps are ordered and hopefully will be available before Silverstone (useful for those of us based on this side of the Atlantic).

Confirmation on costs soon. Hopefully less than my initial pessimistic prediction...

Your interest is noted Jeff! :o)

Mine are ordered already!!! :o))

Recieved my cap today, look great except for definition of the "world" Icon which lacks some detail.
Think an MG might have looked better.

Yes a bit too many clouds which are hard to reproduce in thread. None the less a collectors item and discussion piece. I got two.

Too bad they were defective though. Somebody forgot the MGTD at the end of the URL. :-)
Chris Couper

That's the "world"...I thought it was a bug scraped from the tooth of a happy "T" typer!
Nice quality materal though.....and at least it wasn't made in China! (Bangladesh is such a nicer place)
I'm happy with mine...except no "mgtf" at the end of URL :-( !
Anybody been out to see if Jeff Payne is trapped under his TF...haven't heard from that boy since he went out to take the door handles off!
If you live close, check on him for us...if trapped...he has to be out of beer by now!
Cheers,
David
