Triumph Spitfire - Towing a Spitfire

To all,
I am an RV enthusiast and want to tow my 1979 Spitfire either with 4 wheels on the ground or possibly on a 2 wheel dolly. My Spit has an overdrive tranny but I can't seem to locate any information about towing this specific car. Does anyone out there in Spit land know what would be required to tow this beauty?
