Triumph TR6 - Clutch

What is the concensus of this list on the best replacement clutch available. I have a 1974 TVR 2500M with TR6 drivetrain. To replace the clutch I have to remove the motor and transmission together so its not a job you want to tackle a number of times. Opinions seem to vary on various web sites as to which is the best, Borg & Beck(heavy duty), Luk or TRF's magic clutch. Anyone had experience with any of these.

I put in the TRF "Magic Clutch Kit" last year. The good thing about it is it comes a new fork, rod, & bushes which is one place where some clutch "slop" can come in. That clutch has performed perfectly.

One thing I did do differently was to use the Moss "high tensile" pin in the fork. I just couldn't see using brass...

The Gunst kit with your choice of B&B or Sachs clutch. See the Buckeye Triumphs website for details. While there, you will also read about potential problems with TRF's magic solution.

I'v have 10,000 miles on an clutch from AP Racing. So far it is excelent with no slippage, juttering etc.

I'v got about 1000 miles on a hydraulic throwout bearing and can't say enough. Who knows about the durability though?
